Mobile Notary

A Mobile Notary Service is a notary public who travels to clients’ preferred locations to provide notarial services. Instead of requiring clients to visit their office, a mobile notary offers convenience by meeting individuals at their homes, offices, or other designated places. This Mobile Notary Service is ideal for those with busy schedules, limited mobility, or a need for notarization outside of regular business hours. Mobile notaries verify identities, witness signatures, and apply official seals to certify the authenticity of various documents. By bringing notary services directly to clients, mobile notaries simplify the process and make it more accessible for individuals and businesses..

Mobile Notary Questions

Frequently Asked

What it costs, how fast I can get there, and what to have ready.

How much does a mobile notary cost in Miami?

$45 for a visit anywhere in Miami-Dade County. That includes my travel and your first notarization. Each additional notarization on the same visit is $10. Witnesses, when you need them, are $25 each and should be requested in advance.

Do you charge a separate travel fee?

No. Travel is included in the $45 anywhere in Miami-Dade County. There is no mileage charge and no fuel surcharge.

Do you come to hospitals and nursing homes?

Yes, regularly. Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences. These are often powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, and advance directives, and they frequently need to happen quickly. Call or text and I will tell you honestly whether I can get there today.

How soon can you come?

Same-day appointments are often available. Book online and you will see my real availability, or call or text if you need something sooner than the calendar shows.

What do I need to have ready?

A valid government-issued photo ID with your signature on it — a Florida driver license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. The document itself, complete but unsigned, since I need to witness you sign it. And any witnesses the document requires, unless you have asked me to bring them.

What areas do you serve?

All of Miami-Dade County, including Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Kendall, Hialeah, Homestead, Aventura, North Miami, Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Key Biscayne, and Sunny Isles Beach.

Can you tell me which document I need?

No, and no notary can. Choosing a form or advising you on what to file is legal advice, which requires a license I do not hold. I can notarize whatever document you bring me and explain how the notarization itself works.
