Payment in full is collected when you book online. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed securely online
This policy applies to all online-booked appointments, including Mobile Notary, Loan Signing, Fingerprinting, Apostille consultations, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions.
You may reschedule one time at no charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules, or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice, are treated as a cancellation under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or you’re not available at your appointment time, your payment is not refunded. If we’ve already traveled to your location, the travel fee is not refundable. We may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll refund your payment minus a cancellation fee: $20 for in-person appointments and $10 for remote online appointments. Refunds go to your original payment method.
