What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Can you notarize outside those hours?
Yes. After-hours and urgent mobile visits can be arranged by phone or text at (786) 679-4529.
How do I book?
Online at justasignaturenotary.com, where you can pick your service and time and pay at checkout. Your appointment is confirmed the moment payment clears. If you would rather talk first, call or text.
How does payment work?
Payment in full is collected at booking, which is what confirms and holds your time slot. If your service needs something added afterward — extra notarizations, witnesses, additional apostille documents — that is invoiced separately.
Can I send my documents ahead of time?
Yes, and it speeds things up. Upload them at justasignaturenotary.com/upload/ before your appointment and I will review them in advance so there are no surprises when I arrive.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule once at no charge with 24 hours’ notice. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund, minus a $20 fee in person or $10 remote. Full terms are on the Payment & Cancellation Policy page.
