What to bring

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer. Your documents, unsigned. Do not sign until you are in front of the notary. All signers must be present.

Do I need witnesses?

If your document requires witnesses, you must provide them. If you need us to provide a witness, add the Witness Fee when you book and book at least 24 hours in advance. The witness fee is $25.

How many notarizations are included?

The first notarization is included in your service price. For Mobile Notary, each additional notarization is $10. For Remote Online Notary, each additional online notarization is $25. Select the number you need when you book

How do I pay?

Payment in full is required at booking by card. Your receipt is emailed to you.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule once at no charge with 24 hours’ notice. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund, minus a $20 fee in person or $10 remote.

How long does an Apostille take?

Apostille (14 Business Days), Apostille (5-7 Business Days), or Apostille (3-5 Business Days). Choose the speed you need when you book.
