This policy applies to all online-booked appointments, including Mobile Notary, Loan Signing, Fingerprinting, Apostille consultations, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions.
Your $25 deposit is credited toward the total cost of your service. You will only owe the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.
The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide required identification. It compensates for time reserved on your behalf.
Your deposit transfers to one reschedule when requested at least 12 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
