Drop Off or Mail In

Drop off at our Miami, FL office OR mail in by trackable carrier. Include a copy of your ID, your intake confirmation, and a return address.

Pre-Check & Notarize If Needed

We review your documents for acceptance, confirm whether notarization is required, and notarize on-site if applicable.

We Submit Your Documents

State Apostille — submitted to the correct Secretary of State. Federal Apostille — submitted to the U.S. Department of State. Non-Hague — full embassy/consulate process completed.

Tracking & Updates

Return or International Delivery
